RWD#3 serves the areas of Mutual, OK, southern Woodward County and northern Dewey County in Oklahoma.   The district is governed by a board made up of five members elected by the patrons of the district.

Water problems or line locates should be referred to the water operator at 580-571-2169 or rwd3deweyco@yahoo.com.  Please report any leaks on the district side of the line or in the meter can to the water operator as soon as possible.

A night drop slot is available for payments on the front of the water office building located next to the fire station in Mutual.  Payments are due by the 10th of each month.  A late charge will be applied after the 20th of each month.
